Shipping + Returns Policy
SHIPPING
We use USPS + UPS as our main source of shipping.
After placing your order, there is a 2-3 processing day period. You can track your order at any time on our website under the tab "Track My Order" in the footer menu.
For pre-orders, please allow a 7 day processing period for your order.
Shipping transit time is dependent on USPS and UPS.
Please note, once an order is in the hands of the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact the corresponding shipping company for lost, damaged or tampered packages. If you need to file a claim, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Carefully review your personal information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. We go based off of the information you provide us.
International Orders
We ship worldwide.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for paying applicable taxes + duties.
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping company, we are no long responsible for it.
EXCHANGES
Shosha does not offer exchanges. If you need a different color or size of an item we ask that you place a new order and return your previous order.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date in which your package was delivered.
Returns will be accepted ONLY IF:
- original Shosha hangtag is attached to the item
- item is in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed)
- item has no signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup, food stains

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Final sale items include all accessories including but not limited to -- earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, bags, and head scarves.
*All Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned/exchanged*
